First off you will need to know where your DDO folder is on your computer, when it instals it goes to Program Files within your C: drive.
Now, after you've found your DDO folder copy it and past the copied DDO folder into a New Folder(name it whatever you want).
Step 2: Copy its location and open a new Text File then type this command line
cd "location of DDO folder #1"
run TurbineLauncher
cd "location of DDO folder #2"
run TurbineLauncher
End
After that goto file in the note pad and click "Save as", save it as "all Files" not text file, name it "DDOx2.bat"
Step 3: Goto your "Documents" and find the Dungeons and Dragons Online folder thats there, goto it and open "UserPreferences", after that find the line
[Net]
BindInterface=
ComputeUniquePort=True
Replace "True" with "False" then save the file, open the previously made "DDOx2" and have fun!
